2017 Bidding Announcement of Scientific Research Projects Fund

　　Sungen Bioscience Co.,Ltd is a biological company mainly focus on fermentation products. In recent years, the company's performance has developed rapidly，especially in the development of the production vitamin K2 raw materials and related products which are at the front ranks of the world. In order to promote the development of vitamin K2 industry and related fields, the company set up the Sungen Research Fund in 2017, aiming to mobilize domestic and foreign scientific and technological resources to carry out the research work of health care technology, health food and medicine.

　　This year, the company plans to invest 5 million RMB in scientific research cooperation, and plans to invite public bids for 19 vitamin K2 related research projects worldwide. Please see Appendix I for specific details of the bidding projects., The research fund has formally invited bids and accepted applications since the its release. We warmly welcome domestic and foreign competent researchers who are committed to creating a huge vitamin K2 industry to actively apply and participate in the research team of the project. 1.Application Conditions
　　(1).The applicant's organization must be a university or a scientific research institution.
　　(2).The applicant shall have the professional vice-senior title or above, or has obtained doctor's degree in pharmacy related major.
　　(3).The applicant must has related research background to complete the project to be applied and has resources to carry out the research.
　　(4).The applicant and his / her team must be able to complete the project to be applied within the deadline.

2.Application Declaration
　　There are requirements for application declaration (see our website http://www.sungen.cn/, or in Appendix II). The project’s application declaration shall be prepared and submitted through the special mailbox of the fund before the application deadline of July 31, 2017. Each applicant can apply for up to two projects.

3.Declaration Assessment
　　From August 10, 2017, the company will organize experts from the related field to conduct the first round of assessment on the bidding projects. The assessment results will be published on the company's website within 30 working days, and the applicant will be notified to come to the company for defense. The results of winning the bid will be published on the day of defense, and the winning applicant will sign the project contract with the company. The applicant shall submit the paper version of the application and the project contract in triplicate. Application materials of unsuccessful bidding will not be returned.

4.Project Implementation
　　After the contract comes into effect, the applicant shall start the implementation of the research content of the project, and the company will send examiner to check the implementation of the project.

5.Project Acceptance
　　After the project completed as specified in the contract, the company will organize the review and acceptance of the project, and implement corresponding research results.
